| It's amazing how mysterious and mystical the doors of an ordinary utility room look, the main part of which is in the shade, and the part of them where the door curtains are attached is illuminated by a narrow beam of sunlight. When everything superfluous is hidden in the shadows, what is illuminated by the sun immediately acquires a symbolic meaning. For example, this door seems to me a kind of boundary, an enclave of light in the darkness that comes from all sides. Or you can imagine that this is a portal to the realm of light, which is about to close and you have the last chance to escape from the dark abyss and here it is symbolic that it is actually a door. | Просто дивовижно, якими таємничими та містичними виглядають двері звичайного господарського приміщення, основна частина яких знаходяться в тіні, а та їхня частина, де прикріплені дверні завіси, освітлена вузьким променем сонячного світла. Коли все зайве ховається в тіні, те, що осяяне сонцем, враз набуває символічного значення. Наприклад ці двері уявляються мені якимось рубежем, анклавом світла серед темряви, яка наступає з усіх боків. Або можна уявити, що це портал у царство світла, який ось-ось зачиниться і ви маєте останній шанс вирватися із темної безодні і тут є символічним, що це насправді двері. |
