Saludos amigos! Espero se encuentren muy bien el día de hoy les quiero mostrar una linda ilustración que hice por petición de u a buena amiga, la ocasión fue el cumpleaños de su querida jefa por lo que me pidió que dibujara una fotografía que ella me proporcionaría en estilo caricaturesco, de inmediato comencé a trabajar en ello para que ella pudiera entregar este regalo que a mi me emociona mucho ciertamente porque están regalando uno de mis dibujos.

Greetings friends! I hope you are very well today I want to show you a nice illustration that I made by request of a good friend, the occasion was the birthday of her dear boss so she asked me to draw a picture that she would provide me in cartoon style, I immediately started working on it so she could deliver this gift that I am very excited certainly because they are giving away one of my drawings.

Lo primero fue hacer el dibujo, usando la misma pose mostrada en la fotografía, es una mujer de larga y teñida cabellera y muy delgada, así que trate de usar la mayor cantidad de elementos identitarios de la mujer resultando en el siguiente dibujo lineal.

The first thing was to make the drawing, using the same pose shown in the photograph, it is a woman with long and dyed hair and very thin, so I tried to use as many elements of the woman's identity as possible, resulting in the following line drawing.

Lo siguiente por supuesto fue colocar la base de color para lo cual he creado una nueva carpeta donde he agrupado todas las capas de color.

Next of course was to place the color base for which I created a new folder where I grouped all the color layers.

Luego tomé un pincel con efecto al agua y comencé a colocar los tonos más oscuros de su piel y a generar los volúmenes a partir de la mezcla de diferentes tonos de su piel.

Then I took a water effect brush and started to place the darker tones of her skin and to generate the volumes from the mixture of different tones of her skin.

Seguidamente procedí a repetir este proceso añadiendo los diferentes tonos y colores de su cabello, ubicando principalmente las zonas más iluminadas del retrato.

I then proceeded to repeat this process by adding the different tones and colors of her hair, placing mainly the most illuminated areas of the portrait.

Lo siguiente fue definir el fondo, el cual estaba constituido por unas cercas de madera y algo de vegetación al fondo, también en este punto debía colocar una frase solicitada por mi amiga, la cual pertenece a la artista mexicana Frida Kahlo, que según palabras de mi amiga admira la homenajeada en el retrato.

The next step was to define the background, which consisted of wooden fences and some vegetation in the background, also at this point I had to place a phrase requested by my friend, which belongs to the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, which according to my friend's words admires the portrait.

El primer efecto aplicado a las letras no le pareció el adecuado a mi amiga así que coincidimos en solo colocar letras blancas, luego fuimos a un sitio cercano a hacer la impresión de este retrato y ha resultado precioso 💖 me ha gustado mucho hacer esta comisión mi amiga y la cumpleaños estuvieron muy felices y eso me hizo sentir muy bien también a mi.

The first effect applied to the letters didn't seem right to my friend so we agreed to just put white letters, then we went to a nearby place to do the printing of this portrait and it has turned out beautiful 💖 I really enjoyed doing this commission my friend and the birthday were very happy and that made me feel very good too.
