Saludos queridos amigos de @splinterlands!

Una vez más quiero presentar mi entrada al concurso de esta semana aunque esta vez un poco en la línea límite de entrega, para esta semana quise hacer una versión humana de la carta Magi Sphinx me gusta mucho su corte de cabello y toda la referencia de ella a la cultura egipcia y la relaciones con la gran Cleopatra, y para representar también la parte posterior la dibuje recostaba junto a un imponente león, te mostraré un poco del proceso de esta carta, espero sea de su agrado.

Greetings dear friends of @splinterlands!

Once again I want to present my entry to this week's contest although this time a little on the deadline line, for this week I wanted to make a human version of the card Magi Sphinx I really like her hair conter and all the reference of her to the Egyptian culture and relations with the great Cleopatra, and to represent also the back I drew her lying next to an imposing lion, I will show you a little of the process of this card, I hope it is to your liking.

Para comenzar esta dibujo, lo primero fue realizar la figura femenina recostada y luego bajo esta dibujaría al león, y su brazo lo situaría sobre la cabeza de este, y debo decir que valentía la de ella, ni siquiera yo puedo estar así de cerca de mi gato sin recibir un arañazo de la pequeña fieresilla, en fin la composición en sí me parecía bastante imponente y me gustó mucho.

To begin this drawing, the first thing I did was to draw the female figure lying down and then under it I would draw the lion, and I would place her arm over his head, and I must say how brave she was, not even I can be this close to my cat without getting scratched by the little fierce one, in short, the composition itself seemed quite imposing and I liked it a lot.

Luego procedo a colocar los colores base de mi dibujo, use un todo de piel claro para ella y por supuesto un tono naranjoso para el pelaje del león.

I then proceeded to place the base colors of my drawing, I used a light all over skin for her and of course an orange tone for the lion's fur.

A continuación comencé a definir el tono de piel y cabellos de la mujer, aunque durante gran parte del proceso estuve en una lucha para darle la expresión que quería pues por más que intentaba solo lograba una expresión algo melancólica y hasta preocupada jajaj, pero decidí seguir con el resto de la ilustración, y pronto fue turno del pelaje del León, esta parte fue muy entretenida tenia varias referencias de la textura de su melena y me gusto mucho lo esponjosa que termino luciendo al final.

Next I began to define the skin tone and hair of the woman, although during much of the process I was in a struggle to give her the expression I wanted because no matter how hard I tried I could only achieve a somewhat melancholic and even worried expression hahahah, but I decided to continue with the rest of the illustration, and soon it was the turn of the Lion's fur, this part was very entertaining I had several references of the texture of her mane and I really liked how fluffy it ended up looking at the end.

Luego coloree algún detalle aquí y allá, intensifique los tonos subiendo un poco la saturación de la imagen y luego de enfocar mi atención por entero al rostro y el cabello y lograr la expresión que deseaba, procedí a darle un bonito fondo... la idea era dibujarle una bonita tienda de campaña con telas colgantes, alfombras y almohadas regadas donde pasar la tarde calurosa junto a su minino.

Then I colored some details here and there, intensified the tones raising a little the saturation of the image and after focusing my attention entirely on the face and hair and achieving the expression I wanted, I proceeded to give her a nice background... the idea was to draw a nice tent with hanging fabrics, rugs and pillows scattered where she could spend the hot afternoon with her kitty.

Y este ha sido el resultado final de esta carta, aún no me siento cien por ciento segura de ella, pero me gusto mucho atreverme a dibujar esta carta y estará en mi lista para volverla hacer pronto, de verdad espero que haya sido agradable de leer.

And this has been the final result of this letter, I still don't feel one hundred percent sure about it, but I really liked to dare to draw this letter and it will be in my list to do it again soon, I really hope it has been nice to read.
