My secret to staying positive, living like children with adult responsibility
From very early in the morning from Monday to Friday I am distracted with my children in the preschool and I learn from them what as an adult we lose, the joyful way of living and happy, each of the faces of my little students give me the reasons not to be bitter about life, they discuss every moment and without rancor in a few moments they are playing again, an attitude that as an adult we lose almost entirely.
That is why my secret to keep a positive mind is to take the good side of things and without leaving behind the learning of the few good things, without embittering my life and the lives of those around me, many people tell me that sometimes my mind seems to behave like that of a child because few things torment me or keep me awake at night.
When we start detailing every single thing that happens to us or that could happen to us, we live from worry to worry and our time is wasted on worries or bitterness and life goes by so fast that we waste our precious time filling our mind with negative things.
Let's always take the good side of things to live happily and make happy those who are with us, let's be adults with the capacity of happiness that our children transmit, in particular I have the joy of sharing daily with them in the classroom and with my daughter at home which makes me learn how to add happiness in my life.
