This makeshift stall occupying stall no. 18 at Kampung Batu Ferringhi (same row as Bayu Senja Cafe), near Ferringhi Garden serves delicious Malay cum Thai styled dishes.

I cannot seem to locate it on Google Maps, so here are some directions.
If you are coming from Georgetown heading towards Teluk Bahang, turn at the first right (when you see the Guan Guan Restaurant signage) after you pass ParkRoyal Hotel.
