¡Feliz día amigos de #Hive y #FoddiesBeeHive. Hoy con una comida muy sabrosa, con mucha proteína y vitaminas para una dieta balanceada. Una manera de aumentar el valor nutricional de los alimentos y obtener un sabor diferente, es combinar las carnes con vegetales y legumbres, se los recomiendo. Espero les guste y disfruten de esta nueva receta que les traigo.

- 200 gramos de carne molida, 1 zanahoria, 3 ajíes dulces, 1 diente de ajo, 1 cucharada de aceite, 1 cucharadita de sal condimentada, 2 hojitas de cilantron.
- 200 grams of ground meat, 1 carrot, 3 sweet peppers, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt, 2 coriander leaves.
