[ESP-ENG] ¡Tortilla de Cebolla y Cebollín! / Onion and Chive Tortilla!
¡Feliz día amigos de #FoodiesBeeHive!. Hice un delicioso y nutritivo desayuno; con algunos ingredientes que conseguí en la nevera hice una receta muy sabrosa y me encantó para renovar las energías y consumir proteínas. Esta combinación de cebollín y cebolla en la tortilla es espectacular y recomiendo hacer, se puede acompañar con galletas saladas, pan o simplemente comer sola. Espero les guste y disfruten de un buen desayuno.

I made a delicious and nutritious breakfast; With some ingredients that I found in the fridge I made a very tasty recipe and I loved it to renew energy and consume protein. - 1 ramo de cebollín, 1/2 cebolla, 1 diente de ajo, 2 huevos, aceite, sal al gusto y paprika.
- 1 bunch of chives, 1/2 onion, 1 garlic clove, 2 eggs, oil, salt to taste and paprika.

- Lavamos y cortamos en trocitos la cebolla, ajo y cebollín.
- Wash and cut the onion, garlic and chives into small pieces.
- Calentamos el sartén con un chorrito de aceite y añadimos el ajo, cebolla y cebollín, mezclamos.
- Heat the pan with a drizzle of oil and add the garlic, onion and chives, mix.
- Cocinamos a fuego medio por 3 min.
- Cook over medium heat for 3 min.
- Cascamos los huevos en un tazón y le añadimos la paprika y sal al gusto.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the paprika and salt to taste.
- Batimos los huevos.
- We beat the eggs.
- Añadimos al sartén y cocinamos a fuego medio.
- Add to the pan and cook over medium heat.
- Volteamos la tortilla.
- We flip the tortilla.
- Hasta dorar por ambos lados.
- Until golden brown on both sides.
- Servimos en un plato, miren lo bien que se ve. Quedó deliciosa.
