Saludos amigos de Street Workout Community, En esta ocasión les traigo algunas tomas de lo que fue uno de mis últimos entrenamientos de estos días, mostrando algo dominio en algunos estáticos intentando llegar a mi límite superándome cada día, principalmente en el Front Lever, un elemento que a pesar de que tengo varias variaciones del mismo, me gustaría llevarlo a otro nivel poco a poco, con constancia y determinación, sin más nada, los dejo con el vídeo.
