Antes de tocar, me cepillo los dientes con el objetivo de que restos de alimentos no se queden alojados dentro. Otros hábitos positivos son emplear enjuague bucal e hilo dental. Uno de los remedios naturales que me gusta, y que personalmente me hacen muy bien, es tomar bebidas con limón y miel. Y en algunos casos el jengibre. Yo creo que cada persona es diferente y no todo le funciona igual.

Uno de los desafíos para tocar el tema, es que se encuentra en Re Mayor, y en mi caso, en la trompeta lo toco en Mi Mayor, son 4 sostenidos en la armadura de clave, y luego tiene un cambio de tono a Fa Mayor, con la armadura con un solo bemol. Esos cambios son increíbles, suenan muy bonito. Me gusta cuando sucede eso, porque uno debe hacer como un cambio en tu patrón de conducta. Es como pulsar un botón de encendido para cambiar la tonalidad.
