Hello friends, hope that all of you are healthy, well and are living a happy and peaceful life.

So friends, as it was Saturday today, you went to your village. Why did you go to your village last night? As soon as I woke up in the morning, I got up at around 5:00 am. Like my daily routine, I roamed around the village and did some exercise and yoga. After that, friends, I went to the forest above my village. I remembered my childhood. The leaf that you can see in the photo is quite memorable. In childhood days, we used to wake up in the morning and brush our teeth with this leaf. Whenever there was a pain in the teeth, we used to cut it and apply it on our teeth. It is called Timur or Pahadi Neem and its scientific name is (Zanthoxylum armatum). It has many other names in local language. Nowadays, Colgate is being made, due to which it is being imported by big companies. It is also very beneficial in many other things. Friends, if we talk about its seed, then its seed is very expensive. One of my friends told me that the price of its seed is around 8 It costs Rs. 10,000 per kg and is in great demand among the people these days and many other benefits can also be seen from it. Earlier, Colgate was not that popular in the villages, so the grandmothers of the village used to cut it and keep the bark of the tree and later used such cookers to clean the teeth of their children or if there was any pain, it was very beneficial.

What an interesting herb! I hadn't heard of it before but I like that it can be used directly on the teeth, I wish I had a bit of it around now.
