Wine Lover || Week 204

Wine is one of those drinks that for me is sweet, it depends on the wine of course, and as you can see if I love to drink wine, not dry wine, I don't like that but sweet and sparkling wine, these are my favorites, maybe I should have been born in a vineyard because this is my favorite drink, it is said that a good wine can restart your life.

I don't consider myself a person who likes alcohol very much, but wine is something else, I've always liked wine, I think I started drinking it when I was 15 years old, since then my father always gave me on my birthday a bottle of red wine called Lambrusco, a wine that is fruity and refreshing that one can drink on any occasion and it is also not a wine with many degrees of alcohol.

After this wine I tried the Spanish apple wine ufff my favorite wine, this is the wine that I like the most of all, it is a sweet wine and a little acidic at the same time, this wine also has a low alcohol content and I love to enjoy it at any time.

I also like wine-based drinks like sangria a bit and lately they are the ones we buy the most at home and sometimes we drink them with chinotto to make a tinto de verano, a refreshing drink, also with fruits it is exquisite.

Another thing I like about having wine at home is being able to marinate some meats, the flavor that wine gives is different, it is always good to have a little wine to accompany some meals as well, I think wine is special at any time

I still have many wines to try, but the best for me are sweet wines and drinking wine well chilled, and a good glass of wine, plus the wines have their class, they are aged, and as a curious fact it is said that wine prevents cancer and is an ally of the heart ❤️, so let's drink wine without shame and without guilt.

Finally, I leave you with an anonymous phrase, "drink a good wine, because a good story never began with a salad"
