Desde que comenzó el año 2023, los maestros hemos estado en una faena que arriba ya a los 5 meses de actividades en las calles de forma ininterrumpidas. No es secreto que la inflación en Venezuela ha socavado el sueldo de los trabajadores, sin embargo en el país sucede un fenómeno bastante curioso, hace que la mayoría de las personas no dependan esencialmente del salario mínimo, por tanto las acciones de inconformidad solo es expresada por el gremio docente en mayor medida.

Since the beginning of the year 2023, we teachers have been in a task that has already reached 5 months of uninterrupted activities in the streets. It is no secret that inflation in Venezuela has undermined the salary of workers, however in the country a rather curious phenomenon happens, it makes most people do not depend essentially on the minimum wage, therefore the actions of nonconformity is only expressed by the teachers' union to a greater extent.

Esta semana se organizó una movilización para repudiar los aumentos decretados por el gobierno nacional, la convocatoria fue bastante significativa. Realmente se ha realizado un gran esfuerzo para poder asistir de forma continua, para no desmayar en las exigencias, en las movilizaciones. Pero es público y notorio que las fuerzas han disminuido, en parte por el desgaste físico y por otro lado los docentes utilizan este tiempo para realizar actividades extras para poder producir y llevar el sustento al hogar.

This week a mobilization was organized to repudiate the increases decreed by the national government, the call was quite significant. A great effort has been made to be able to attend continuously, to not give up in the demands, in the mobilizations. But it is public and notorious that the forces have diminished, partly because of the physical wear and tear and on the other hand the teachers use this time to carry out extra activities to be able to produce and bring the sustenance to the home.

Quizás mas del 50% de los docentes están activos en las instituciones educativas cumpliendo con los requisitos para promover a los estudiantes. Lo que no se sabe o por lo menos no está en las noticias es que las instituciones educativas publicas solo están trabajando 2 y en el mejor de los casos 3 días a la semana para satisfacer las exigencias del ministerio y con esto poder hacer declaraciones donde muestran que las actividades escolares se están cumpliendo.

Perhaps more than 50% of the teachers are active in the educational institutions fulfilling the requirements to promote students. What is not known or at least is not in the news is that the public educational institutions are only working 2 and in the best case 3 days a week to meet the demands of the ministry and with this to be able to make statements showing that school activities are being fulfilled.

En particular nunca he sido fanático de los políticos, pero he podido observar que estas marchas son aprovechadas por estos para dictar posturas y aprovechar para promocionarse.

In particular, I have never been a fan of politicians, but I have observed that these marches are used by them to dictate positions and take advantage of them to promote themselves.

Soy de los que piensa que debemos ejercer presión con no asistir a las instituciones educativas, sin embargo las mayorías se dejan llevar por estas acciones que buscan es hacer proselitismo político. Las actividades que se programan a diario, son casi que una copia de las actividades que realizan los partidos políticos cuando están en descontento o realizando una campaña por elecciones.

I am one of those who think that we should exert pressure by not attending educational institutions, however, most of them are carried away by these actions that seek to engage in political proselytism. The activities that are scheduled daily, are almost a copy of the activities that political parties carry out when they are in discontent or campaigning for elections.

Por esta y otras razones, solo voy a justificar con mi presencia. Acompaño un poco a los compañeros y los respaldo en su lucha. ahora mismo mi vida está concentrada en otras actividades que gracias a dios no me hacen depender directamente del salario del ministerio de educación.

Hive me ha abierto las puertas a otras formas de finanzas, otras formas de hacer negocio a través de proyectos y trabajo comunitario. Como se dice en el libro blanco, un punto de entrada a la tecnología blockchain, las cryptos y general me ha ayudado a conocer la forma de explorar otros proyectos cryptos, finanzas decentralizadas, juegos NFTs, trading, entre otros.

For this and other reasons, I will only justify my presence. Right now my life is focused on other activities that, thank God, do not make me depend directly on the salary of the Ministry of Education.

Hive has opened the doors to other forms of finance, other ways of doing business through projects and community work. As it says in the white paper, an entry point to blockchain technology, cryptos and general has helped me to know how to explore other crypto projects, decentralized finance, NFTs games, trading, among others.

Siempre que tengo la oportunidad hablo con los colegas y los invito a formar parte de Hive, sin embargo desde hace tiempo entendí que esto será para todos, pero cada quien llegara a su debido tiempo y cada quien a su ritmo particular. // Whenever I have the opportunity I talk to my colleagues and invite them to be part of Hive, but I have long understood that this will be for everyone, but everyone will arrive in their own time and at their own pace.
