My House VII

In these months the work in my house continues with great strength and dedication, each passing day represents a real challenge, since we have to face the difficulties of construction, more existing budget limitations and the variability of a climate that is presented to us with moments of a lot of rain or with an inclement sun. But all this does not constitute a compelling reason to abandon the project, on the contrary these adversities fill me with much more energy to continue fighting in the construction of what up to now I can safely say is my greatest dream.

Mi Casa VIII

En estos meses los trabajos en mi casa continúan con mucha fuerza y dedicación, cada día transcurrido representa un verdadero reto, pues toca enfrentar las dificultades propias de la construcción, más limitaciones presupuestarias existentes y la variabilidad de un clima que se nos presenta con momentos de mucha lluvia o con un sol inclemente. Pero todo esto no constituye una razón de peso para abandonar el proyecto, sino al contrario estas adversidades me llenan de mucha más energía para seguir luchando en la construcción del que hasta este momento puedo decir con toda seguridad que es mi mayor sueño.

Having your own home is a goal that millions of people around the world want, but unfortunately it is not something that is easy to achieve, since social inequalities push the majority of the population of this planet to live in a very limited economy, where the possibility of having your own roof sometimes becomes unreal. Faced with this harsh reality I have had to overcome myself and with the help of family and friends I have been taking steps towards the fulfillment of the final goal, but for this I have divided this long road into several stages and the culmination of each one is celebrated by all high, because this means that each time you are a little closer to success.

Tener una casa propia es una meta que millones de personas alrededor del mundo desea, pero desafortunadamente no es algo que sea fácil de lograr, ya que las desigualdades sociales empujan a la mayoría de la población de este plantea a vivir en una economía muy limitada, en donde la posibilidad de poseer un techo propio a veces se vuelve irreal. Ante esta cruda realidad yo he tenido que sobreponerme y con la ayuda de familiares y amigos he ido dando pasos en dirección al cumplimiento de la meta final, pero para ello he dividido este largo camino en varias etapas y la culminación de cada una es celebrada por todo lo alto, pues esto significa que cada vez se esta un poquito mas cerca del éxito.

As I had told you in previous posts, the entire process of gluing the blocks and making the divisions of each room was about to be completed, therefore, it was essential to speed up the acquisition of the roof, since if the inclement weather would play against the entire structure and at the same time they would prevent the beginning of the works that would lead to the frieze of the walls, since to do this a totally dry environment is needed. After some waiting time, the day came, the roof had arrived and was available to be installed, the sheets were numbered, we also did not have the gutters to install them in the upper part, therefore, it was necessary to measure well so that no error would happen, because there would be no budget to replace the missing one, for this reason one sheet was a little misaligned, since as they were installed we realized that if we bent them sideways and side in the upper part it was not necessary to look for the gutters, since the structure would be closed and waterproof.

Como les había comentado en publicaciones anteriores ya todo el proceso de pegar los bloques y hacer las divisiones de cada habitación estaba por concluir, por lo tanto, era fundamental acelerar la adquisición del techo, ya que si el las inclemencias del tiempo jugarían en contra de toda la estructura y al mismo tiempo evitarían que comenzaran los trabajos que conducirían al friso de las parades, pues para hacer esto se necesita un ambiente totalmente seco. Después de algún tiempo de espera llego el día, el techo había llegado y estaba disponible para ser instalado, las láminas se encontraban contadas, además no contábamos con las canaletas para instalarlas en la unió de la parte superior, por lo tanto, era necesario medir bien para que no fuera a suceder ningún error, pues no habría presupuesto para luego reponer el faltante, por esta razón una lámina quedo un poco desalineada, ya que a medida de que se fueron instalando nos dimos cuenta de que si las doblábamos de lado y lado en la parte superior no era necesario buscar las canaletas, pues la estructura quedaría cerrada y aprueba de agua.

I really like the roof, because despite being somewhat flexible, it has a very interesting red color, as it resembles tiles and this is something that enhances the house since, being gabled, this is a tone that suits it perfectly. Now with the roof installed, it is possible to continue advancing in the next stages and at the same time we will be able to work inside the house without the sun or the rain representing a problem for the progress of the works, this will also allow us in the future to have With greater certainty that nothing will be damaged inside, therefore, final finishes can be carried out in the places that are already more advanced.

El techo me gusta mucho, pues a pesar de ser algo flexible tiene un color rojo muy interesante, pues asemeja tejas y esto es algo que le da realce a la casa ya que al ser a dos aguas este es un tono que le va perfecto. Ahora con el techo instalado ya se puede seguir avanzando en las próximas etapas y al mismo tiempo ya podremos trabajar dentro de la casa sin que el sol o la lluvia representen un problema para el avance de las obras, esto también nos permitirá en un futuro contar con mayor seguridad de que no se dañara nada en el interior por lo tanto se pueden ir realizando acabados finales en los lugares que ya se encuentran más adelantados.
