[ENG-ESP] Help a cat without asking for anything in return

Hello! Today this little cat took over the small camera of my cell phone (sometimes I can't see dogs or cats because I want to capture that moment at once), it must be because I want to have a pet and they don't give me permission in the place where alive, but curiously a few days ago this cat hid here in this small space in the building and the owners cannot move it because they noticed that it was sick or injured (it is the latter), they also have pets so they were not going to let it die in the street
They have left him there to recover, so at first he was dragging himself with his hind legs to eat or drink (he couldn't move his hind legs) and I must say that for a moment I thought it was something very serious but, thank goodness It didn't get any worse, so yesterday the local dog did a little mischief and dirt fell in the cat's area (my daughter and I were just going out) I noticed this and informed the owners, who I immediately changed his water because it was already contaminated with a lot of soil, and today he no longer had food (without thinking about it I bought some to be able to give him) it is very cute when a cat recognizes you, as soon as I approached with the food he sat down once.
It will not be my pet (although I would like to take it with me) but how nice to be able to help without anything in return, I hope these photographs give you as much peace as I do.

Hoy este pequeño gato se apoderó de la pequeña cámara de mi celular (a veces no puedo ver perros o gatos porque de una vez quiero captar ese momento), debe ser por mi deseo de tener una mascota y no me dan permiso en el lugar donde vivo, pero curiosamente hace unos días este gato se escondió aquí en este pequeño espacio del edificio y los dueños no pueden moverlo porque notaron que estaba enfermo o herido (es lo segundo), ellos también tiene mascotas por lo que no iban a dejarlo morir en la calle.
Lo han dejado allí para su recuperación, por lo que al principio se arrastraba con sus patas traseras para poder comer o tomar agua (no podía mover las patas traseras) y debo decir que por un momento pensé que era algo muy grave pero, menos mal que no pasó a mayores, a lo que el día de ayer la perrita del lugar hizo una pequeña travesura y cayó tierra en el área del gato (justo mi hija y yo ibamos de salida) noté esto e informé a los dueños, a lo que inmediatamente cambié su agua porque estaba ya orgacontaminada de mucha tierra, y el día de hoy ya no tenía comida (sin pensarlo compré un poco para poder darle) es muy lindo cuando ya un gato te reconoce, apenas me acerque con la comida se sentó de una vez.
No será mi mascota (aunque quisiera llevarmelo) pero que bonito poder ayudar sin nada a cambio, espero que estas fotografías les den mucha paz como a mi.
