I have a passion for cooking since university and I cook almost all traditional food. In today's video, I will share with you the recipe for making Groba Fish. The fish of the Indus River is very juicy and delicious and is very popular all over Pakistan.

Today I made Dambra Fish with my friends and Dambra Fish is more Lazy Fish in taste. The price of one kilogram of this fish in the market is 1000 rupees and sometimes, if the demand is high, the price reaches up to 2000 rupees.

The method of making fish is very easy. First, wash the fish well and cut it into small pieces. After cutting the fish, fry the onion in oil until it becomes brown,

then when the onions are fried, add tomato, ginger and thyme and add other fish spices, then add the fish and cook it well and eat it with hot bread.

کھانے پکانے کا شوق مجھے یونیورسٹی لاہف سے ہی ہے اور میں روایتی تقریبا تمام فوڈ ہی بنا لیتا ہوں۔ آج کی اس ویڈیو میں میں آپکے ساتھ گروبا فش بنانے کی ترکیب شیئر کرونگا۔ دریائے سندھ کی مچھلی بہت زاہقہ دار اور لزیز بنتی ہے اور پورے پاکستان میں بہت ہی پسند کی جاتی ہے۔ آج میں نے اپنے دوستوں کے ساتھ مل کر ڈمبڑا فش بنائی ہے اور ڈمبڑا فش ذاہقہ کے لحاظ سے سے زیادہ لزیز فش ہے۔ اس فش کی مارکیٹ میں ایک کلو وزن کی قیمت ایک ہزار روپے ہے اور بعض اوقات ڈیمانڈ زیادہ ہو تو قیمت اسکی دو ہزار روپے تک جو پہنچتی ہے۔ مچھلی بنانے کا طریقہ بہت ہی اسان ہے۔ سب سے پہلے مچھلی کو اچھی طرح دھو کر چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں۔ مچھلی کو کاٹنے کے بعد پیاز کو تیل میں بھوڑا ہونے تک فرائی کرین پھر جب پیاز فرائی ہوجاہیں اس میں ٹماٹر ، ادرک اور تھوم ڈالیں اور دیگر مچھلی مصالحہ جات شامل کر دین پھر مچھلی ڈال کر اچھی پکاہیں اور گرم گرم روٹی کے ساتھ کھاہیں۔
