Saludos queridos Hivers amigos, hoy me embarga una felicidad muy grande la cual quiero compartir con ustedes y es la celebración de la vida de mi tercera hija, me parece mentira que ya son 20 hermosos años que la traje al mundo.

El tiempo se nos pasa tan rápido en un abrir y cerrar de ojos que no nos damos cuenta.

Así que para festejarlo me propuse darle una linda sorpresa realizándole una de sus comidas preferidas y una torta que a ella le fascina.

Le hice una torta de tres leches de chocolate postre el cual le realice en la noche anterior al cumpleaños, el día del cumpleaños me desperté de madrugada hacer el desayuno y le realice uno de sus platos preferidos que es el Calzone, es como una pizza pero en forma de una empanada, el cual lleva salsa de pizza, queso mozzarella,pimentón y cebolla.

Mientras el calzone estaba en el horno decore el mesón dónde le iba a colocar la sorpresa.

Miren que hermosa quedó el Calzone con ese bello color doradito.

Ya una vez el desayuno listo y puesto en el mesón, nos fuimos su papá y yo a despertar a la cumpleañera cantándole las mañanitas, esa foto no la subí por qué mi hija no me otorgó ese permiso.

Mi princesa muy feliz disfrutando su primer regalo, del cual quedó muy complacida.

Y para acompañarla en esta celebración de haberle dado la vida realice para nosotros unas ricas pizzas las cuales estaba muy divinas.

Y llegó la hora de la tercera sorpresa el pastel de cumpleaños, cómo ella es amante del chocolate le realice una Marquesa de chocolate la cual decore con unas galletas de chocolate y para hacerlo aún más tentador le puse unos chips de chocolate, lluvias de chocolate y de colores.

Ame esa carita de niña grande lamiéndose el cuchillo luego de picar la torta, para mí siempre será mi niña.

De esta forma tan sencilla y muy grata pase uno de los mejores momentos al lado de mi tercera y última princesa,
Celebrando ese don divino que tenemos las mujeres de poder dar vida, y el simple hecho de ver y admirar como durante los años van creciendo y llega la hora que le nacen sus alas y alzan su vuelo, pero me queda la satisfacción de haber vivido a su lado esos instantes el cual siempre recordara.

Greetings dear Hivers friends, today I am overwhelmed by a great happiness which I want to share with you and it is the celebration of the life of my third daughter, it seems unbelievable to me that it is already 20 beautiful years since I brought her into the world.

Time passes so fast in the blink of an eye that we do not realize it.
So to celebrate it I decided to give her a nice surprise by making her one of her favorite foods and a cake that she loves.

I made her a tres leches chocolate dessert cake which I made the night before the birthday, the day of the birthday I woke up at dawn to make breakfast and I made her one of her favorite dishes which is the Calzone, it is like a pizza but in the form of a pie, which has pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, paprika and onion.

While the calzone was in the oven, I decorated the counter where I was going to place the surprise.

Look how beautiful the Calzone turned out with that beautiful golden color.

Once breakfast was ready and placed on the counter, her dad and I went to wake up the birthday girl singing her the mañanitas, I did not upload that picture because my daughter did not give me that permission.

My princess was very happy enjoying her first gift, which she was very pleased with.

And to accompany her in this celebration of having given her life, she made for us some delicious pizzas which were divine.

And it was time for the third surprise, the birthday cake, as she is a chocolate lover I made a chocolate Marquise which I decorated with chocolate cookies and to make it even more tempting I put some chocolate chips, chocolate rains and colors.

Love that little big girl face licking the knife after chopping the cake, for me she will always be my little girl.

Celebrating that divine gift that we women have of being able to give life, and the simple fact of seeing and admiring how over the years they grow and the time comes when their wings are born and take flight, but I am left with the satisfaction of having lived by their side those moments which they will always remember.
