Hola amigos de Hive. El día de hoy, quiero compartir con ustedes un exfoliante facial casera a base de café. Aplicarlo no solo te ayudará a cuidar tu piel, sino que también será una oportunidad para relajarte. Los exfoliantes ayudan a eliminar las células muertas de la piel y a iluminarla. La combinación de café y el aceite de coco aplicados sobre la piel, aumenta la producción de colágeno y elastina, lo cual hace que piel luzca más joven. La receta que hoy les sugiero es muy sencilla y solo tardarás algunos minutos en realizarla. Cabe destacar, que como todas las pieles son diferentes y necesitan cuidados especiales puedes consultar con un especialista antes de aplicártela.

The scrubs help remove dead skin cells and brighten it. The combination of coffee and coconut oil applied to the skin increases the production of collagen and elastin, which makes the skin look younger. The recipe that I suggest today is very simple and will only take a few minutes to make. It should be noted that, as all skins are different and need special care, you can consult a specialist before applying it.

Ingredientes:
•3 cucharaditas de azúcar
•2 cucharaditas de café molido
•2 cucharaditas de aceite de coco

Ingredients:
• 3 teaspoons of sugar
• 2 teaspoons of ground coffee
• 2 teaspoons of coconut oil

Para comenzar, en un bol colocamos todos los ingredientes (el azúcar, el café y el aceite de coco). Luego, procedemos a mezclar con una cucharilla hasta lograr que se unan todos los ingredientes formando una especie de pasta.

Una vez, que tengamos lista la mezcla podemos comenzar a aplicarla de forma delicada y con movimientos circulares por nuestro rostro, durante 3 minutos y luego retirar con abundante agua. Es importante señalar, que debemos tratar nuestra piel con suavidad ya que, si no aplicamos el exfoliante de manera correcta podemos llegar a causar daños indeseados; por tal motivo, debemos aplicar el exfoliante con delicadeza y cariño mientras masajeamos nuestro rostro.

Once we have the mixture ready, we can begin to apply it delicately and with circular movements on our face, for 3 minutes and then remove with plenty of water. It is important to point out that we must treat our skin gently since, if we do not apply the scrub correctly, we can cause unwanted damage; For this reason, we must apply the scrub gently and lovingly while massaging our face.

Este exfoliante lo aplico una vez por semana, me ayuda a eliminar la piel muerta de mi rostro dejando una sensación de suavidad y limpieza. Espero se animen y se tomen un tiempo para relajarse y cuidar de su piel.
