🌷Crispy Tempeh with the addition of simple spices 🌷




Good evening beloved vegan friends wherever you are, back to your daily routine, showcasing culinary works in the vegan community, this time the theme is about making crispy tempeh with simple spices.



Tempeh can be prepared in a variety of dishes, with the addition of this spice it will make this crunchy tempeh taste delicious, apart from being a side dish, tempeh can also be used as a snack at any time, come try my recipe.



Ingredients :

🔹1 tempeh board.
🔹2 pieces of garlic.
🔹4 red onions.
🔹1/2 teaspoon coriander.
🔹1 soup leaf.
🔹1/2 teaspoon ground pepper.
🔹3 tablespoons wheat flour.
🔹3 tablespoons cornstarch.



How To Make :

🔸 Cut the tempeh according to your own taste, here I cut it thinly qand into squares like in this picture.

🔸chop the soup leaves thinly.

🔸 Add the spices that have been prepared to be pureed.

🔸 Add flour, pepper powder and cornstarch.

🔸Add the ground spices.

🔸 add a little yellow coloring.

🔸Add a little water to stir the flour, adjust so that the flour is not too runny, stir well.

🔸put the tempeh into the flour, stir well.

🔸Prepare 4 tablespoons of flour to coat the stirred flour to make it crispier.

🔸Fry tempeh in hot oil, add soup leaves on top, fry until crispy and cooked.

🔸lift and serve.
