Last week the challenge given was fruit shopping, but in this contest the theme was about green vegetables, it's also a pleasure for me every week because I can take part in this contest well, but this contest I don't shop, but only take pictures of vegetables beside the house I, incidentally, my husband always grows green vegetables such as spinach, long beans, kale and several other vegetables as a daily food menu and also for sale.

the process of planting spinach is very easy, just sow it, therefore sunlight is very necessary for the formation of spinach plants, the process of watering spinach is done 2 times a day, namely during the morning and evening, I never spray on spinach, because I like natural spinach and healthy when cooked

while my husband's long beans are sprayed once a week, in my opinion long beans need better care than spinach, long beans require very good care in order to produce fresh long beans.

Here are some tips on how to look after long beans and spinach so they grow well and are good for harvesting.

I sell a bunch of spinach for 3000 rupiah, long beans for 5000 per kilogram
