vegan shopping fourth edition special selected spices

Good afternoon community friends @plantpoweronhive today I want to tell you about the fourth week of vegan shopping with various types of spices which are one of the most important basic needs in cooking.

thanks to the @sierena hippie community for inviting us to participate again in week four with the theme of shopping for spices.

as we generally know that spices are very easy for us to buy anywhere, they are sold in markets, in shops, in supermarkets and also in local stalls.

Spices are also often used when making a food menu, to make food taste better and also have a good smell, of course we always use some kitchen spices such as coriander, pepper, candlenut,
bay leaves, and many other spices that we always use when cooking.

Spices are also often processed into natural herbal medicines that function to increase endurance, of course there are many other benefits found in spices.

As for my shopping this week, including buying candlenuts which are packed neatly in plastic, I often make vegetable soup with candlenut seasonings, I bought it for 5,600 rupiah.

then I also bought packaged round black pepper which is a daily cooking need, I bought it for 4,750 rupiah.

I also bought powdered coriander for 5000 rupiah, usually I always use round coriander, but because I shopped at this supermarket so I want to try cooking using coriander powder, I'm also curious whether the taste will be the same between the two, or is it different.

then I bought bay leaves for 2000 rupiah, this is what makes the dish even more fragrant when cooked, ouch it must be delicious.

I also bought garlic for 7,650 which is very important in cooking too, this garlic is the main spice that is very necessary when making seasonings.

then I bought shallots for 7,800 rupiah.
it is also an essential requirement of every cuisine.

and the last one I also bought green beans for 13,250.

here are some selected spices that I bought at the nearest supermarket, I think these are very important needs that we use every day, my total purchases are all around 46,000 rupiah.

After shopping for spices, I took a photo with my small family, namely my husband and children. We were very happy to be able to spend time together shopping for the fourth edition of vegan needs with the theme of spices.

maybe this is just my fourth edition of my shopping story, I hope all my friends like my story today, I also really hope for support and motivation from all my friends.
