El día de hoy comparto por aquí una rica receta de Churros🤤 Ésta es mi primera vez haciéndolos y no me quejo nada jeje, me quedaron muy ricos además que el chocolate le da un toque más delicioso🤩 Pues aquí les comparto el paso a paso, si los hacen me dicen👀🤗

Comienzo agregando el agua en una olla, sigo con la mantequilla y muevo hasta que se derrita por completo. Luego agrego el azúcar, la sal y muevo muy bien, termino agregando la harina de trigo y mezclo bien hasta integrar todo y que me quede una mezcla como les enseño en la imagen.

Paso la mezcla a una tasa y le agrego los huevos y mezclo, yo utilicé una batidora. Al principio parecerá que se cortó la mezcla pero sigue batiendo y quedará una consistencia como la que te enseño en la imagen. Ahora pongo la manga pastelera en un vaso y coloco la mezcla.

En un sartén con abundante aceite voy haciendo los churros, aprieto la manga pastelera y con una tijera los corto del tamaño deseado. Así hacemos con toda la mezcla hasta obtener unos ricos churros. Luego los pasé por azúcar y listo🤤😋
