Cómo ya les comenté, el miércoles fue mi cumpleaños. No lo celebré porque no tenía ganas, pero mi mamá me hizo un rico quesillo como regalo🥰🤤 La verdad preferí eso antes que una torta, le quedó divino 😍😍 Aquí les comparto un poco sobre el proceso, no es una receta como tal. Solo les enseño cómo lo hizo mi mamá❤️

As I already told you, Wednesday was my birthday. I didn't celebrate it because I didn't feel like it, but my mom made me a delicious quesillo as a gift🥰🤤 I actually preferred that over a cake, it was divine 😍😍 Here I share with you a little bit about the process, it's not a recipe as such. I just show you how my mom made it❤️

Ella colocó la leche condensada en la licuadora y la licuo con la leche líquida, poco a poco fue agregando los huevos y listo. En una quesillera hizo el caramelo y colocó la mezcla. Eso se va a cocinar a baño de María por 1 hora aproximadamente.

She put the condensed milk in the blender and blended it with the liquid milk, little by little she added the eggs and that was it. She made the caramel in a cheesecake maker and put the mixture in it. That will be cooked in a bain-marie for about 1 hour.
