Hoy les comparto una rica receta de mini panquecas con chocolate 🤤 Están divinas además que el chocolate les da un toque más rico aún🥰🤤 A mi me encanta hacer esta receta para desayunar o cenar, también se las hago a mi hermano para merendar y a el le encantan, somos adictos al chocolate así que es inevitable no comerlas😅🍫

Comienzo agregando una pizca de sal al agua y el azúcar, mezclamos muy bien. Continuo agregando el huevo y la esencia de vainilla, mezclamos y vamos agregando poco a poco la harina de trigo hasta tener la mezcla lista.

Las servimos como queramos, yo las coloqué una encima de otra para formar una torre, les coloqué un poco más de Chocolate y listo.
