Les quiero compartir mi regreso al gym, había estado perdida de ahí también ya que no me gusta ir sola y entrenar sola, pero bueno conseguí un entrenador y me animé nuevamente😍🏋🏻

Bueno les cuento que comencé desde 0, con poco peso y pocas repeticiones, el primer día fue leve pero al día siguiente me levanté y me dolía todo jaja, asi pasé mi primera semana. La siguiente fué mas leve, ya me había acostumbrado y ya hacía los ejercicios con mas peso y mas repeticiones. Esto de regresar al gym me pone feliz porque me gusta ir constantemente y poco a poco ver los resultados. Estoy intentando no faltar ni un día porque mi trabajo me consume mucho tiempo y de verdad quiero comenzar mi rutina nuevamente. Me gustaria compartir por aquí unas fotos que he tomado en estas semanas que he ido.

I’m trying not to miss a single day because my job takes up a lot of my time, and I really want to get back into my routine.
