Today is a different day, and of much happiness, although we had no internet service for many days we have health, and the necessary things for life, such as the people we love and who love us, so today I want to show you a little of what is in the yards of my beloved father, previously I had told you about the many items that are produced in these lands aragüeñas so today we will give them to know a small sample of it.

My father was raised in the countryside and since he was very young he had to work to help at home, his parents and siblings, so he has acquired a lot of experience in the care of plants and animals, today we will see how the banana, coffee and avocado crops are giving him. Plants like people need care and affection and my father can give much of this to the ones he has at home, for example an avocado plant needs several years to develop and be able to bear fruit so my father patiently cares for them so that they give the best avocados, every day he waters them, when necessary he puts fertilizer on them and when they start to bear fruit he takes care of some animals that come to eat them, although at times he lets them enjoy a little.

Avocados come in different shapes and flavors, these ones in particular are drier in texture and taste less sweet but with the same amount of nutrients we need from them.

My father mostly grows corn and bananas, and the latter are very nice, big and very sweet, the large amount of bananas that we see in the market are mostly ripe with chemicals, but in my father's house they are left on the plant until they are ripe, this way they ripen naturally so they are healthier and richer.

In their yards they have banana, pineo banana, apple banana, topocho, all from the same family of bananas, there are times when several plants produce their fruits at the same time and we have to give them to the neighbors so that they are not damaged, and people are admired by the size of each banana. We enjoy them green in tostones and ripe in drinks, ice cream, fruit salads or just after a workout.

Since we moved to this place my father has planted coffee plants, to give value to the land and also because the price of coffee increases considerably every day, there are plants that are very old but continue to bear fruit, while the new ones finish growing. Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages by the great majority of people, so much so that in many places it has been given the first place in beverages of the day.

Living in the countryside offers us many advantages, especially with food, but not everyone likes to work the land, however my father has little land and likes to make the most of it, at the moment apart from what was shown he has planted corn, beans, and yucca. Everything in life costs a little but what a great satisfaction we feel when we see extraordinary results of the hard effort we have made. Hoy es un día diferente, y de mucha felicidad, aunque no teníamos servicio de internet por muchos días tenemos salud, y las cosas necesarias para la vida, como por ejemplo a las personas que amamos y que nos aman, por lo que hoy les quiero mostrar un poquito de lo que hay en los patios de mi amado padre, anteriormente les había comentado sobre los muchos rubros que se producen en éstas tierras aragüeñas así que hoy vamos a darles a conocer una pequeña muestra de ello.

Mi padre fue criado en el campo y desde muy pequeño tuvo que trabajar para ayudar en casa, a sus padres y hermanos, por lo que ha adquirido mucha experiencia en el cuidado de las plantas y animales, hoy veremos cómo se le están dando las cosechas de banano, café, aguacate. Las plantas como las personas necesitan cuidados y cariño y mi padre puede darle mucho de esto a las que tiene en casa, por ejemplo una planta de aguacate necesita varios años para desarrollarse y poder dar sus frutos así que mi padre pacientemente les da cuidados para que den los mejores aguacates, cada día los riega, cuando es necesario les coloca abono y cuando comienza a dar frutos los cuida de algunos animales que vienen a comerlos, aunque en momentos les deja disfrutar un poco.

Los aguacates tienen diferentes formas y sabores, éstos particularmente son de textura más seca y sabor menos dulce pero con la misma cantidad de nutrientes que necesitamos de ellos.

Mi padre lo que más siembra es maíz y bananos, y éstos últimos se le dan muy bonitos, grandes y muy dulces, la gran cantidad de bananos que vemos en el mercado mayormente los llevan a su punto maduro con quimicos, pero en casa de mi padre se dejan en la planta hasta estar a buen punto, de esta forma se maduran al natural por lo que son más sanos y ricos.

Tiene en sus patios plátano, banano pineo, banano manzano, topocho, todos de la misma familia de bananos, hay momentos que varias plantas producen sus frutos al mismo tiempo y tenemos que regalar a los vecinos para que no se dañen, y las personas quedan admiradas por lo grande de cada banano. Los disfrutamos verdes en tostones y maduros en bebidas, helados, ensaladas de frutas o simplemente solo después de entrenar .

Desde que nos mudamos a este sitio mi padre ha sembrado plantas de café, para darle valor a la tierra y también porque el café cada día aumenta de precio considerablemente, hay plantas que están muy viejas pero siguen dando fruto, mientras las nuevas terminan de crecer. El café es una de las bebidas más consumidas por la gran mayoría de las personas, tanto así que en muchos lugares se le ha dado el primer lugar en bebidas del día

Vivir en el campo nos ofrece muchas ventajas, en particular con los alimentos pero no a todos les agrada trabajar la tierra, sin embargo mi padre tiene poco terreno y le gusta aprovecharlo al máximo, en estos momentos aparte de lo que fue mostrado tiene sembrado maíz, caraotas, y yuca. Todo en la vida cuesta un poco pero que gran satisfacción sentimos cuando vemos resultados extraordinarios del duro esfuerzo que hemos hecho.
