But in a nutshell this is what is in the box from me:

2 armies! Space Marines and Orks.
A LOT of Characters for each army and some squads and vehicles to get you started. From here a player could add in some choice units and build a full army.

Space Marines:

A Captain - the leader
A Chaplain - a 2IC leader and spiritual leader
A Librarian - the psychic magic guy
An Ancient - A Banner Bearer
A squad of Intercessors - the Battleline squad
A squad of Vanguard Veterans with Jump Packs - an elite close combat unit
A squad of Eradicators - Anti-troop ranged support with a new gun
A Land Speeder - the return of a Legends unit now with slightly different and modernized Space Marine Weapons

Orks

A Warboss - the leader
A Bigboss - the 2IC leader
A Weirdboy - the psychic magic guy
A Nob with Banner - the Banner guy
20x Ork Boys - Battleline Infantry, either 2x10 or 1x20 Boyz
10x Gretchin - Expendable cannon fodder or overlooked sneaky unit
A Wartrakk - Another Legends unit making it back to 40k!
A Dakkarig - A Shooty Ork walker

You're splitting the box?!?! Does that mean you're going to get a whole lot of incredible greenskins?!? I love that the Wartrakk is back. I used to run a bunch of Ork bikes, a warbuggy, a wartrakk and a wartrakk with a big flamethrower thing and they were so much fun and so fast. This box set seems like it would be a pretty even matchup. Very curious to see how the rules have changed.

Hahahaha! I am getting the Space Marines and the other guy is getting the greenskins!

I must say, @merenludick is starting to get interesting in fielding several Xeno armies so he might do Orks as well as his Tyranids... though he might also go for Genestealer Cults!

Yeah new rules are going to be exciting!

Probably looking at around 275 Australian Dollar for 2 armies and a lot of books and cards. It is alright when sharing.

I expect this new set might be rare like the last Leviathan set, I may have seen Leviathan for $475Aud at some point but there is just next to nothing on Australian ebay or Amazon now. Our stock must have to come through the middle east. I have a local war hammer shop but their price are usually even higher.

Ebay is full of scalpers these days, buying something in bulk and reselling at a premium once the set becomes OOP.
