HOBBY - Another try at Zombicide Mission 1, another fail
@aimeludick, @merenludick and myself tried once more to get through this mission. It took us a little long to get good equipment and when we DID, man - all three of us just kept rolling 1's and 2's for our attacks and this meant we did not kill enoug Zombies in the early start of the game to allow us to actually deal with the HORDE that came after!
Look at this! So many zombies grouped up that there was no space to put them on the square they were in! So some of them are crowd sufing.
I used Wanda on her rollerskates with a Chainsaw and the Slippery skill to get in, chop and get out, but it was not enough and the Zombies overwhelmed us.
First Phil and then Josh and soon the rest of us died as well.
Maybe if I paint these models the Dice Gods will be more favoring to us!
Let me try that! I really need to get back into painting!

Indeed! It was MOST unstatistical! Out of 20-30 dice we rolled maybe 4 dice more than 3+ Attacks failed one after the other!
People always say in the Warhammer community that your army does better when painted. A superstition, a meme or an recommendation to get your act together and paint your minis all in one.
I sense a T-shirt or mug design opportunity.

Oh this reminds me of Nuffle from Blood Bowl - the fickle dice Chaos God who watches fantasy races play football.
