Man, I have never been an electrician and I have never installed bosal piping before but I am busy managing a site at the moment and came across these pipes.
I got the foremen and the team involved and instructed them to change the crooked piping. Bottom line is that the customer is not going to sign off shoddy work!
It is not an insult to anyone to make sure that we do the best work we can possibly do in this regard!

I have not installed metal conduits since I was an apprentice. We used to have to use it for fire rating essential services like lifts inside high rise buildings, but they stopped those regulations out here years ago. I would have been asking about the blue comms cable wrapped around the pvc lighting conduit and other conduits just cable tied in place too. I suppose that was existing and outside your scope. It always pays to try and get it right the first time.
Yeah my cabling is for fire compliance. It is 2 hour fire rated cable inside a metal housing.
The other cable can burn and it does not matter and definitely not in my scope. Old existing stuff.
It is a prevalent theme. Existing old systems are not up to spec. Ignore it and install correctly as per specifications from the engineer.
