WORKLIFE - The Long Weekend is over
I did not post yesterday! 😱😱😱
I actually took the whole day off. We had a weekend, a sort of politically motivated compulsory leave day on Monday and yesterday was Human Right's day.
So I took the day off.
Today, instead of jumping in on H&S work - I will be doing Callouts at one of our sites.
This will be responding to calls of AC units not working or units that are leaking condensate. Easy stuff really. The company has recieved a few knocks over the last two years and this is one of them - we are finishing up on this large site.
From next month we will no linger be working there and we are tying off our work with them.
We have already let go of 95% of the staff that used to work on that site for us. Staff we cannot keep busy elsewhere on other sites the rest of the month.
So I will be going there to finish things up.
I DO however have lots of H&S work to do. We will see who yells louder...

I suppose you are in service? Construction somehow? Your projects, are they directly to consumers, or to business partners (to understand what this callout, and answer questions is about 😉)

I do Health and Safety for a company that does Airconditioning.
