Weekend Blues Or Green Weekend?

I can never forget this day!
Please don't remind me how much I hate farming or farm work. Thankfully on this day, my mom left with my little sibling to the farm leaving me at home with a perfect excuse from my end, I was busy with some online courses so I couldn't tag along with them.
It wasn't a thing of joy to leave my mom and little one alone to go to the farm but then it was such a great privilege to be allowed at home to concentrate on my courses and online businesses, (such privileges are rare) so I didn't take it for granted.
The joy of being awarded that privilege overshadowed the fleeting moment of sadness of having left my mom all alone on the farm.

While going through my online courses trying to work on some stuff and meet up with the deadlines, I suddenly got a call from mom, asking if I was home( I mean of course I was, they left me at home). She asked me to quickly bring something to her on the farm that she forget when she left.
She didn't sound like she wanted to disturb or bother me but couldn't help it.
I wasn't angry that I was disturbed from work either, I mean why should I? When I was blessed with such an understanding mom? I quickly dressed up and hurriedly grabbed the thing she asked for from the kitchen and headed out to meet her on the farm.

On reaching the farm, my little one was already walking up to me to get the thing from me while I returned home. I handed him the thing I got and then waved to mom and told her I was heading home since I was very busy. On my way up the hill, I turned around to take a few snapshots of this view.
I couldn't look past the beauty it cast and luckily for me, I went out with my mobile. I took it alongside in case my mom would call again, so it became useful anyway.

This is the road leading to our farmland, it's kinda located along the highway but deep down. The route is quite bumpy since it's almost a mixture of hills and valleys 😂🤷🏻‍♀️
The road can become as dry as this sometimes but funny enough, this road has recorded more accidents than I could number. I guess one of the reasons is because big cars and trucks seem to always speed up knowing fully well that cars are mostly scarce around this region which most times leads to bumping into a sudden turnout of cars.

I love nature views as it is quite soothing. Forgive my confused state, I didn't know which part of this to have focused on; between the greenery and the lovely blue skies. Perhaps you could choose for me, thank you!
