Hello hivers, how did we all spending our day, hope it was great and profitable to us? Enjoy the rest of the day as you read through my post...

Today I was with my friend, she calls herself my half girlfriend, today we was the first time in a very long time that talked about reasonable and profitable things in a very long time, we shared secrets and talked about other things that burdens the heart for a very long time, almost 2 hours, and so today I'll like to talk about some of the things we talked about which might be able to help people under these categories...

WHAT IS HABIT?

Habit are the kind of action that happens in often without thinking of it or awareness...

Having an habit is not bad but what are the characteristics of your habits, is it a good habits or a bad habit? That really counts because it will determine whom you'll walk with and whom will want to walk with you. When I was in the junior highschool,

A friend teacher told me that one of the ways to stop an habit that you don't want us to not do that habit for exactly two months, and you'll see that that habit has gone just as you wanted... I haven't really tried it so I don't really know if it works but I'm totally sure that it will.

So I'll like to as a quick question here, a guy that says he just likes girls naturally and to any girl he meets, he just make friends with them and no strings attached to him, so now the question is, is that an habit or a character that he posses?

WHAT IS ADDICTION?

Addiction is the a state of being a slave to an habit, a state being controlled by something, something you can't stop doing, something you always adhere to all the times, something that you are a fan to.

Whats the differences between addiction and habits?

One of the differences between addiction and habits is that habit can still be under control but for addiction, its rear to be under control because you've been controlled by something...

Another differences can be that habit can just be done for fun but but addiction is not for fun but to fill up that uncomfortability in you when you don't do that thing you are addicted to...

HOW DO WE CONTROL ADDICTION?

Yes addiction can be controlled. Below are some of the ways to control addictions...

  • the first step to stopping or controlling addiction is to realize that you are an addict.

  • The second step is to accept the fact that you a an addict.

  • The third step if you really want to stop being an addict relies on this point which is taking a DETERMINATION to stop that act.

  • And lastly for me before you stop being an addict is to work on how to stop being an addict consistently because you can't give any room at chance to do what you want to stop...

I hope all I've talked about here tonight really will help in one way or the other... Zara loves you...
