LOH #95: My favorite snacks.

Hello hivers and especially to ladies out there. How are you today? Have you already posted your entry for this week's contest? Well, as for mine, here it is.

So for this week, it was @ifarmgirl who initiated this week's contest. And I am glad to join this week. I like to write two entries but I decided to just choose one and that is number two which is "What is your favorite snack or snacks?".

So what are my favorite snacks?

Here, I will share with you my fave snacks and the why's.

My favorite snacks are:

French fries, waffle cake with ice cream, macaroons, and choco frappe.

I started to like these foods when I was married. I never had a chance to taste those when I was with my parents. I did understand though because of our situation before when my parents can't afford it and aside from that, we were living in the countryside where there was no one selling that food. Now that I have my own family, we live near the proper area of the town or much I say we were living in a rental house located at the center of our hometown where there are lots of snack houses and store that sells food snacks.

To tell you honestly, I was just able to taste these snacks when I was at this age and already had a son. And I can say that these are my favorites.

My husband likes to buy me food as he knows that I love eating. Every time he came from his work, he see to it that he have something for me and our son since our son also loves eating.
And here are the snacks that he always bought before when we were still living in the rental house.
He always bought this choco frappe, macaroons, and fries. My son loves macaroons and frappe same as me. While watching movies these are the foods that I like to eat.

I love ice cream but sometimes I prefer cake but I decided to minimize eating those two. But if it's about snacks I can't stop myself to crave french fries. That's why when we have time, my husband will bring me and our son to the nearest snack house. Before, we always went to this snack house when it was still open. But after the storm Odette, they were close until now. Here are our pictures when we were in the snack house. My partner bought me also the waffle cake with ice cream and it's delicious and I missed eating this one.

Now that we are living in our own house, the snack houses are kind of far a little and sometimes make me so lazy to go there. That's why my husband was the one who bought those snacks for me and our son if he have extra money since the school he was working was near to the hometown center.

These are the snacks that are my favorite. But when I was a child and even up until now, one of my favorites is my mom's homemade pie. A taro pie. That's why every time I went home to my parents, I asked her to cook some homemade taro pie because it's heaven.
