Always be better on asking questions !!

Questioning helps us discover, expand our knowledge, and know the unknown. It's not easy to always come up with the right question to get our answer. Because questions have to be clear, to the point and enrich. I can't count how many times I asked a very awkward question or many times I feel my brain totally empty.

No matter what job you do, who you are; figuring out the right way to ask questions can keep us ahead in achieving our answer. Especially in professional life, asking the right questions is necessary. There are four key ways to ask better questions. Let's have a look!

• Pay attention and know what you really need to know. Don't ask anything just you feel you need to make it up. Rather take time to understand what's your desire and ask it. It will make a good connection also with the answerer.

• Throw it confidently. Ask your question casually. Don't get nervous otherwise, people will not reveal what they tend to say. Also, it's people who ask with less hesitant tend to get the right answer.

• Start slow. In relation to our work we need to go slow while questioning. Don't throw the hardest questing just after arriving in the meeting.

• Don't make it fixed. Rather than getting an answer in yes or no, it's better to make it open-ended. So that we can continue a better conversation and get to know more.

Take an example like making a new friend or asking more about your job responsibility during the interview session. Asking the right question can help a lot to get the answer to what we need to know and thus we can decide our next move.
