Get out from the Self-Blame Game.

We often don't let go of things and intentionally or unintentionally blame ourselves for that. Getting out of self-blame is not easy. Moving on a positive mindset that things will be better, needs a big step to take. If we blame us it will hold us back from moving forward.

There will always be thousands of what if, how, whatnot, if and many more in our mind. And then the real game begins. We start to question ourselves about our worth if we are not good enough, if we deserve it or not and many more. You know we spend lots of time and energy thinking this and playing over in our minds. And the thing is there are no actual benefits of this. We can't go back and change anything. If we can't manage all of this to step forward, our life would not see the light and find the peace of mind.

When you are in such a condition the best you can do to yourself is moving forward. Never look back and think what if. There's no what if. Face the reality that this happens and you have to deal with it. Don't blame yourself. Sometimes we fail to manage things and things get worse. That doesn't make us a bad person. And we always can choose to step forward with positivity.

Self-blaming means we are essentially making things big and worse. Don't play this in your mind. If some unintentional thought comes over, move ahead and be present in moments. Breath a new life at the present. Self-blaming will only make things worse, never gonna solve anything for you.

So, it's better to think practically and move forward no matter how worse your blames let you feel.
