A Glimpse of Love! A Piece Of Hope!
Don't stir his emotions if you know you aren't gonna stick for long
He never asked for a moment with you yet you came along and then left him hanging.
It took him months and days of first, letting go and now he is at the exact spot again, but this time took a different lane.
The peace and solitude he once had, now the more he sought the less he get.
He has tried looking away once again yet this leaves his heart even more confused.
He is swayed by the thoughts of what leaves his heart aching.
And in his confusion, he still wanna hold unto what he desires and never let go
Seemingly worried, still he pleaded for a chance,
With sadness in his eyes, he hopes you wouldn't take him for granted
A piece from a beloved to a beloved. How scared some people are, to fall in love and to be taken for granted.
And for this course, they never wanna experience their little hearts being played with or tortured and they wouldn't want to make the mistake of letting another occupy the space they've fought so hard to keep.
For similar reasons, they shut the doors behind them and live a rather simple and quiet life void of all the dramas that come with loving a person and allowing them to occupy your mind, thoughts, and heart.
It's not easy with anyone out there if you ask me. So many are fighting and facing some terrible demons we don't know about.
Some are doing it all alone with no one to help or to rely on.
So if love is the only and last thing to give them or the slightest rare of hope, then give genuinely and wholeheartedly and don't take people's love and heart for granted.
