While going through social media, it's so easy for us to fall prey to self-analysis, comparison, and judgment which mostly leads to disappointment, frustration, bitterness, envy, depression, etc.
A lot of us just see the next big thing on another person's page and just feel like our lives are not worth speaking about, writing about, or even up to standard.
You see, it's a little different trying to make this comparison with unknown people of higher classes, those we call Celebrities.
But it is rather so easy when it comes to friends we know, close or distant relatives, and even younger people we watched or saw growing up.
We tend to unconsciously or consciously marvel at their achievements or growth in life and in a way question our progress as well.

We've become victims and slaves to guilt by measuring our growth and progress in life in the mirror of another.
We've literally let ourselves be seen walking in the shadow of others.
We start looking for excuses to justify ourselves and blame everything on circumstances.

There isn't any other way to say this than STOP IT!
Just stop it, yes I mean stop that self-analysis test, that self-judgment.
Stop the comparison and always have it at the back of your mind that no two persons are the same, not even blood siblings.
No two persons have the same destiny or life blueprint.
Stop measuring your growth or whatever you call it, based on what you see or find on social media.
Don't see yourself through the mirror of others.
You have a very different life to live, a different path to take
Do well to discover that life, find your route, and walk through it.
You are more than what you see now or what you can ever imagine.
