Don't Fall
It is easier said than done. We often use the DON'T word even when we know it's difficult at times to comply.
Don't do this, don't do that. And the moment we are told not to, that's when we wanna do that thing the more.
Yes, it's very common among our folks here, especially among children. The very moment you tell a child don't, he or she happens to do that thing the more or wishes to try that thing he or she was warned against the more.
They wanna know why you asked them not to and what's the secret behind whatever it is you are rebuking them from doing.
Don't Fall
I can't tell how many times I have said this to someone. And in my opinion, I was trying to protect the person from any future harm and hurt. The moment they walk into my life, I warn them against falling for me. It's very easy to fall in love than fall out of love.
Love like every other thing is very unpredictable and like it is said that you can't tell the heart who to love, as such, it is not always applicable or it doesn't have much effect when the don't word is being used in love cases.
But either way, I still give this warning to those I think or feel will need it.
People I feel, I might not like in the long run no matter what happens or how often we talk, and so to protect the person from further heartbreaks and hurt, I put up the don't fall sign.
And if any of them refuses to pay heed to my advice or warning, then they have themselves to blame for whatever happens in the nearest future.
Karma!
It's real if you must ask me. Whatever you do to someone will one way or the other be done to you.
The story never changes, it just takes a different twist sometimes.
Promise me you won't fall for me, funny how this sounded familiar to me when I heard those words.
Funny right? Yes, but can one truly make such a promise? Perhaps I never knew it wasn't that easy to make promises for unpredictable things or something way out of our control.
Do unto others, what you would want others to do unto you!
Here is the bitter truth, a very hard pills to swallow. It's not fun doing something to someone and when the same thing hits or bounces back you get sad or devastated about it.
If you need love, give love, do you need others to show you kindness? Then do the same.
But the truth remains, that whatever we do unto others, the same measure will be done unto us.
Whatever happens or be the case, you can't tell the heart whom to love because love in its true sense is unpredictable.
Happy New Week Guys!

Keeping to the Don't words is not as easy as we look see it as the adviser. Most times the victim knows how much they try to come out victorious from such a dilemma.
He that wears the shoe, knows where it pinches.
You are very right and the saying you used to sum it all up.
Thanks for dropping by

Na ask I ask?
Continue😏😏
I love this part!
Yes dear. It is what it is.
I haven't fallen in love with anyone till today. So it seems to me that falling in love is more complicated than breaking love.
Lol. That's serious. I understand though.
I think if you don't ever want a person to fall for you, you shouldn't let the person in.
Don't give the person greenlight.
Men aren't taught to take take ladies words literally.
They'll rather read their actions.
Okay. Noted!
😀😀 I don't know why this bring smiles to my lips.
