Nature Is Closer To Us Than We Think

So I have finally made up my mind to be a part of the minimalist community. It's been a while since I subscribed to this community but each time I feel reluctant to join in the fun and blogging journey here so I am really glad I am doing that this week.
I guess because I was drawn to the blogging topic for this week.
I am a huge fan and lover of nature. I seem to be in my best mood and senses whenever I am out there in a reserved and soothing environment. Nature has been part of us since we came into existence and we can never underestimate nor ignore its benefits to us as humans.

Share some of your special moments and tell us what benefits you gained from spending your time in nature

I have had a lot of special and memorable moments with nature, but a few seem to leave a lasting memory.
The very first memory happened some months back. A friend of mine asked to take me out, I didn't like the idea as I am one person that doesn't like going out with people I am not dating or in an intimate relationship with. It gives me some kind of an awkward feeling and my conscience pricks me even if it's just a harmless hangout or sit-out. Especially if I know too well that the person in question does have a thing for me and just staying calm cause I don't wanna have anything to do with him.

So this was a tough one for me, yes tough decision to make, going out with my friend. After much pleading, I decided to give it a try. He asked for a location, saying he only knew eateries for sit-outs and hangouts, I didn't like the idea of hanging out in the eatery, not that I hate eateries but because I hate the crowd. And the particular eatery he picked was one with a crowd, bustling and all so I turned down the idea and told him I had somewhere else in mind. He asked me where and I suggested an open field. He asked where that was and I told him, he agreed and said it wasn't such a bad idea.

The day for the sit-out arrived and my friend had set out for the day. He put a call through and asked if I was ready to step out and I told him yes that I was. He stopped by an eatery to get us a few snacks since I told him how much I loved ice cream. He got it alongside other edibles and then set out to meet up with me so we could move together to the open space provided for such meetings and hangouts.
It wasn't my first time there, but it was more like my first official and planned moment in the said location.
So we got there and settled and enjoyed the view, calmness, and quietness of the surrounding. Though some part of the field is always quite busy and noisy hut I usually choose the quiet part of the open space where I can still view the rest of the surrounding and this alone gives me peace of mind having to pry into other people's lives out there in the open lol.
Staying out there in the open also helps calm me down and be able to think properly. It also gives me a piece of mind.

Share your favorite places and tell what makes you feel such a great connection with your chosen nature and outdoor space

My favorite nature space is the one I actually stated above. It's an open field here in my state fondly called Greenfield. A lot of hangouts, dates, sit-outs, and even photo shoots take place there. It's more like a recreational center for all.
Couples, families, friends, loved ones, colleagues, acquaintances, and lots more do hang out here.

Here is my favorite nature and outdoor space. I seem to enjoy myself every time I am out there either by myself or with friends. But sadly the open space is quite far away from where I stay, and because of that, I don't visit it often except on special and rare occasions.
I have had some great moments in this field apart from the first one I stated.
Another great memory and moment this field holds is the dance event we had here. I am one person that loves dancing a lot and we had some dance event sometime, months ago and it took place in my favorite outdoor space, it couldn't have gotten any better lol.
It was fun and interesting and I was looking forward to more of such events.

Nature soothes my spirit, and soul and takes care of my mind, letting it feel the thing it should feel and giving it some peace too.
I would have loved to share more of my experiences with nature and outdoor space, but I guess I should end this one here, after all, keeping it simple and smart is the major thing🙂

Tell me about your nature and outdoor experience as well. Share those fun and interesting moments with us. Looking forward to others' responses to this week's topic.
