Not Worthy Of One's Life

Nothing, I repeat nothing is worth a person's life

The other day, my coursemate was talking about how she almost got robbed in a broad daylight on the school premises. According to her, she was released because of the connection she had with one of the guys around campus.
While discussing this with us and telling us about the story, one of us chipped in, saying that he can never lose his life at gunshot because of a gadget and most especially when he knows too well that the gadget doesn't worth it or doesn't cost that much.
To him, he felt there was no point in losing his life for the model or brand of phone he was using.
Again he said that perhaps if it was a better brand or model, he would have struggled for it at first before finally letting go because of how pained he would be after the incident.

I told him that regardless of the product, brand, model, or whatever device or gadget you are carrying or using, none is worth your life.
Yes, nothing is worth our life, and there is no ransom for it or enough money to compensate our loved ones.

No one prays or wishes to become a victim of these social vibes but if one is quite unfortunate, then we should always remember that life doesn't end there and that we shouldn't use our hands to end our lives simply because we didn't wanna let go of the thing we felt our lives depends on.
You can always get another and even better device after losing them but you can never get or have another life after death maybe until the resurrection morning.
So be careful how you handle situations and bad circumstances.
No amount of money is worth a person's life.
