Once A Troubled Shoot

Troubled!

Exactly how it felt when I did my very first studio photoshoot. I love photography notwithstanding but I was never a studio freak. I didn't go to the studio just to be photographed even on special occasions like birthday celebrations as others do.
But a year came, a friend of mine decided we go to the studio for my birthday shoot. I was reluctant at first cause I didn't know how it was all going to turn out in the end.

As I expected, some turned out awful as I was very shy of the camera and for the fact that someone other than myself and maybe a friend or family member had to capture me.
We came out with the most waxed style and position you could ever think of😂 well, don't really blame us or me in particular because it was my first, and then again, we were just kids, or you could say growing adults.

My first studio photoshoot was in 2018, though it was my first but I could tell when something isn't really to my taste, I did manage since it was my friend's arrangement and thought to make my birthday a bit special.
But come 2019, the shoots were a bit better than the first year 2018.

2020 left me with one of my best photoshoots. And that's what I am sharing today. My first ever most loved studio photoshoots. I did love the photos and how they came out, and others did as well.
I remember using it as my wallpaper for as long as possible, something I don't really fancy but for the fact that liked the photo, I left it there for a really long time.

This leaves marks and traces of how God is taking care of me and my level of growth and the pace at which I've grown so far.
Maybe this is also why I love photography pretty much. It leaves us with memories that we can look back at after many years and decades if we still exist.
