El ejercicio nos ayuda demasiado, tanto físico como mentalmente, nos ayuda a despejar la mente a pesar de que estamos en movimiento, corriendo y moviendo todo nuestro cuerpo nos relaja. Parece un poco contradictorio pero es así y nada mejor que despejar la mente haciendo lo que te gusta💫 aquí les muestro las primeras fotos jugando fútbol⚽ y al final las últimas contemplando un poco el paisaje desde la cancha.🥅
