My Birthday Weekend.
Hello Weekend friends, not all weekends are the same, but the last one was very special, because we met at the farm where my mom lives and that is the place where we always meet for special dates, this time the special date was to celebrate my birthday.
I went with my children and at the farm there is my mother, my sister with her children, my brother and his family, then on Saturday my younger brother arrived, only one of them is missing, he is a little far away.
The celebration lasted from the moment we arrived until Sunday with the cake.
Going to my mom's house is an adventure, since one of the means of transportation to get there is by motorcycle, which I don't like very much, but it's my turn ha ha, after all I enjoy it because I take pictures ha ha ha.
One of the good things about the farm is the abundant water, for everything, bathing, washing, cleaning.
In the evenings we would gather at dinner at the big table, my sister would come from her house on the same land, we would talk, laugh, until we went to sleep.
The same at lunch the table is short and that's because not everyone is there ha ha ha, we divide the food, prepare the drinks, I love those days because it's like a mess but cheerful.
From the oldest to the youngest, the men help with sweeping, especially now that there is the pomalaca harvest.
Sometimes when we are at the farm, lunch takes a long time, so the boys go to Mr. Cheo's pool next door, and when lunch is ready they are called.
To close that weekend as the main thing was my birthday, so we sang on Sunday night, this time I didn't make the cake, heh heh, my sister did it.
After the cake we continued talking, then to fix things because the next day we went back home, and to sleep.
The next meeting is on August 26th, my children's and my niece's birthday.
Thank you Lord for those days and may they be repeated, so that in the next days we will all be there.
