Bread made with Bakarkhani flour is a special national dish. It is a very popular breakfast food for the people of old Dhaka in Bangladesh. Bakrkhani is made by making bread from flour and frying it crispy or crispy. Bakarkhani of different sizes, big and small, are found in old Dhaka. In Bakarkhani, there is usually no flavoring with flour. However, sugar cane bakarkhani is not uncommon. Bakarkhani of Chittagong region is juicy and succulent. This Bakarkhani was once one of the famous breads of Dhaka. Bakarkhani was so famous that it was sent as a gift. Bakarkhani is still made in some areas of old Dhaka. There it is also known as 'Shukha' (dry) Bakarkhani originated in Afghanistan. It is still prevalent in Muslim-dominated areas of Afghanistan and Russia. The first Bakarkhani shop was established in Dhaka near Lalbagh Fort.

Mayan Materials -

1 cup of flour,
Dalda 1/4 cup,
1 tablespoon oil,
Like salt to taste,
Like the amount of water.
Method:
Flour, dalda, oil and salt should be mixed together. Now cover the flour with the same amount of water for about 2 hours.

  1. .Oil-Dalda Preparation Ingredients:
    1 cup of oil,
    Dalda 1/4 cup.
    Method:
    First you have to heat the dalda, melt it and cool it. Now Dalda and oil should be mixed together and beaten.
  2. Materials:
    1 cup of flour,
    Half a cup of cornflower,
    1-4 cups of oil.
    Method:
    Flour, cornflower, oil all the ingredients should be mixed together.
    How to make Bakarkhani:
    First the ingredients that were used to make the yeast need to be divided into 4 parts. Sand the bread as thinly as possible with each portion.
    .Now leave 1 inch space around the bread and apply the Daldar mixture of method 2.

Place the bakeries one by one in the baking tray. Leave a little space so that one does not stick to the other. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. .If you want to make it in the oven, put a stand in the middle with enough sand or salt in a pot. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Put Bakarkhani in a hot pot in a pot. Leave it on low heat for 35 minutes. Funny Bakarkhani will be made!
