Currently, I'm a student, and I do not have any job experience or have never tried for it. And that doesn't mean that I don't think about it, actually I do and I'm genuinely not that worrieabout how the future of work and how it will look like. As our technologies are improving day by day, there are always new inventions and it is changing very fast.

People are already worried if their jobs will still exist in the next ten years. That is honestly an interesting question because it's not possible to predict the future, but by looking at the present, we can try to make some gusses. I personally think that in some sectors jobs are going to disappear, and some will change, like it will evolve.

Currently, there are so many new inventions such as machines, robots, and artificial intelligence. They are doing the tasks that once required human workers. AI tools have already taken all over the world. They have lots of useful feature which helps people with writing, data analysis, creating images, giving ideas, and many more things. So, I think AI has already replaced a few jobs that may not need human workers in the future.

However, I do not think of it as a problem. It's not possible that humans will become usless because human beings are inventing those new technologies for the betterment of society. New technologies might decrease few options, but it will often create new opportunities.

Now, people have new options to their list to apply as AI specialist, app developer, social media managers, and many more. These jobs provide enough money for their employers. So, it may reduce some job opportunities, but it will continue to grow and create new careers. In the future, there will be jobs that we can't even imagine today. As a student, I believe that if I focus on learning new skills, then I can cope up with it in the next 10 years. Because mentally, I have prepared for it. I just need to go with the flow so I will be able to adapt.

I do not think that people should only focus on one specific job. They should learn other things as well, so if the job changes or dissappears permanently, then they can handle it properly. Skills take time to learn, so if we leave it for tomorrow, maybe we might not ever be able to start. For that reason, we should start now. Also, I want to say that creativity comes from a human being, and an AI can't create new ideas unless a human being gives the information, so these things can never be replaced. People who know how to adapt they will have a better chance of succeeding in the future.

I hope the governments will take precautions to avoid such collapses in the future. If students are trained from the very beginning, then later in life, they won't suffer from any kind of change. Anyway, our human abilities will always remain within us, and it's valuable, so even if the technologies are advanced, they can't beat us.

In conclusion, I don't think anyone can predict the future and know which jobs will exist in ten years. So, we should not stay in constant fear or worry about it. We should just stay prepared for the situation and have the willings to learn new skills. I'm a student now, so I will take the new possibilities as a challenge. I think it will be exciting and it will be a huge opportunity for me.
