PORK RIB WITH HONEY, ORANGE AND MUSTARD.[ING/ESP]

En esta ocasión y como cierre del ciclo festivo del mes más bonito del año quise complacer a mi hijo ante de irse al puerto y para ello elabore una rica receta donde el protagonista es la carne de cerdo, específicamente la costilla de cerdo las cual quise preparar de una manera diferente e incluirle especies y elementos muy comunes en estas fechas decembrinas. Como ya sabe la cocina es mi pasión y amo cocinar sobre todo cuando lo hago para las personas que amo, porque para mí el secreto de un buen platillo está en el amor que se trasmite a la hora de preparar un rico platillo. En esta oportunidad quise combinar los sabores combinando el vino, la mostaza y la naranja para darle ese toque especial agridulce, para ello necesitamos los siguientes ingredientes:

• Un kilo de costilla de cerdo
• Una taza de vino blanco
• Ajo en grano
• Dos naranjas
• Dos cucharadas de miel
• Dos cucharadas de mostaza
• Salsa de ajo
• Salsa inglesa con vino blanco
• Pimentón rojo en polvo
• Pimienta al gusto
• Orégano al gusto
• Sal al gusto
• 20 gramos de aceitunas

On this occasion and as a closing of the festive cycle of the most beautiful month of the year I wanted to please my son before going to the port and for this I prepared a delicious recipe where the protagonist is pork, specifically the pork rib which I wanted to prepare in a different way and include spices and elements very common in these Christmas dates. As you know cooking is my passion and I love to cook, especially when I do it for the people I love, because for me the secret of a good dish is in the love that is transmitted when preparing a delicious dish. This time I wanted to combine flavors combining wine, mustard and orange to give it that special sweet and sour touch, for this we need the following ingredients:

  • One kilo of pork ribs
  • One cup of white wine
  • Garlic in grain
  • Two oranges
  • Two spoonfuls of honey
  • Two tablespoons of mustard
  • Garlic sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce with white wine
  • Red pepper powder
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 20 grams of olives



Al tener todos los ingredientes se procede a realizar el paso a paso para su elaboración y así poder realizar este rico platillo, para lo que es necesario lo siguiente:

• Una vez descongelada la costilla se procede a picar haciéndoles unos corte que faciliten su cocción, además que permite que se marine mucho mejor, al estar picada se coloca en un bol se le agrega sal al gusto, orégano, salsa inglesa, salsa de ajo, pimentón rojo en polvo, miel, vino, pimienta al gusto, ajo machacado, el jugo de las naranjas previamente exprimidas para extraer el mismo; se deja marinar por 20 minutos, mientras más tiempo mejor sabor.

  • Once the ribs are thawed, proceed to chop them making a few cuts to facilitate their cooking, in addition to allowing them to marinate much better, once chopped they are placed in a bowl, add salt to taste, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, garlic sauce, red pepper powder, honey, wine, pepper to taste, crushed garlic, the juice of oranges previously squeezed to extract it; let it marinate for 20 minutes, the longer the better the flavor.

















• Pasado el tiempo se procede a ubicar en una bandeja o tortera para ser llevado al horno o asador por un tiempo estimado de 30 minutos o más dependiendo de la cocción de la carne, la idea es que no quede seco sino jugoso.
