Grandparents the pyramid of my life

Good morning to everyone in this beautiful community, today is one of those days when memories fill your mind and the heart is tightened, it is the birthday of a part of my life that left us product of the covid.

The grandmother of the family, the one who contributed to the education of all of us, until our third generation.
She was an active, down-to-earth grandmother, whose motto was that the family is not chosen, it's the one we get, so we have to be united.

Today I see in a general sense, that the ancestors have always been crucial, their opinion, their respect but seeing the development of technology, sharing with adults, has been left aside, the visits to them are being postponed by mere justifications everything is through mobile phones, without realizing that interacting with them is vital, we help them from the physical and emotional state.

When the years go by we see that we do not have one day more, but we have one day less, is that we realize how important it is communication, interpersonal relationships but especially with the family, in my case, is my pillar, is the one that makes me jump out of bed every day even if I do not feel well, because I live for my family but I am afraid that the changes in society, the technological development will make me a victim of family loneliness, jjj they laugh because they say that we think about it when we are old, I recognize that I am an adult but not old but for them yes.

That is why it is important for adults to have physical and emotional independence, to prepare ourselves to receive old age with open arms, with dignity and elegance and for that I do dance therapy, yoga exercises, but when I look at myself in the mirror and the white threads hang from my head I know that I am on the right path.
