Greetings to everyone here in the #LadiesofHive community and your weekly contest number -236 where I am very grateful to share with all the ladies who week after week share our posts depending on the questions to be answered.
Siendo totalmente honesta me encantaría poder disfrutar de una comida qué sea saludable para mí cuerpo pero cómo ahora mismo no poseo los recursos económicos suficientemente grande para completar una dieta bien estricta qué me ayude no sólo a bajar de peso sino también poder ganar masa muscular entonces debo de comer lo qué consiga aunque a veces si puedo elegir algo que me guste pero lo importante es qué mis nietos tengan para comer ellos de la mejor forma posible ya que necesitan alimentarse para crecer sanos y fuertes.
Being completely honest, I would love to be able to enjoy a meal that is healthy for my body, but since right now I don't have enough financial resources to complete a very strict diet that would help me not only lose weight but also gain muscle mass, then I have to eat whatever I can find, although sometimes I can choose something that I like, the important thing is that my grandchildren have the best possible food to eat, since they need to be fed to grow healthy and strong.
Aunque no voy a mentir hay veces dónde provoca un poco de esa comida chatarra cómo se conoce pero bueno es un lujo el cuál nos podemos dar siempre y cuando algún dinerito extra nos pueda sobrar, pero lo importante siempre es tener comida en casa.
Although I'm not going to lie, there are times when you crave a little of that junk food as it's known, but hey, it's a luxury we can give ourselves as long as we have some extra money left over, but the important thing is always to have food at home.
