REGÁLAME FLORES
Andaba por los caminos
queriendo que me quisieras,
y juntar nuestros destinos
como si más nada hubiera.
Veía que a los costados
de un caminito real
habían lirios bordados
de colores sin igual.
Regálame un ramo de flores
te pedí con intención
que cuando sufro de amores
alivian mi corazón.
Porque la flor se marchita,
regálame más que eso,
prefiero de tu boquita
un eterno y dulce beso.
O que me pintes el cielo
que llevas en tus ojitos,
que por ellos me desvelo
que por ellos me derrito.
.
Si eso no puedes darme
entonces yo me conformo
que tú quieras regalarme
florecitas como adorno.
Así me la pasaría
viendo yo las florecitas
soñándote todo el día
desojando margaritas.

GIVE ME FLOWERS
I was walking the roads
wanting you to love me,
and bring our destinies together
as if there was nothing else.
I saw that on the sides
of a royal road
there were embroidered lilies
of unparalleled colors.
Give me a bouquet of flowers
I asked you with intention
that when I suffer from love
they soothe my heart.
Because the flower withers,
give me more than that,
I prefer from your mouth
an eternal and sweet kiss.
Or that you paint me the sky
that you carry in your eyes,
that for them I keep awake
for them I melt.

If that you cannot give me
then I am satisfied
that you want to give me
little flowers as ornaments.
That's how I would spend my time
watching the little flowers
dreaming of you all day long
unhooking daisies.
