PELONES BALLS // BOLLITOS PELONES...(ENG-SPN)

Hello my dear friends, today I want to share with you this delicious recipe for PELONES BALLS.

We will need:

250 grams of meat for shredding.
1/2 onion.
1/2 paprika.
3 cloves of garlic.
1 sprig of chives.
150 grams of corn flour.
2 spoonfuls of soy sauce.
Necessary quantity of oil.
1 piece of paprika and 1 piece of onion and a little bit of water to make the dressing for the flour.
Necessary amount of salt.

Preparation:

We put the meat in a pressure cooker and let it cook for 1 hour.
Let it cool and discard.

Finely chop the onion, the paprika and the sprig of chives. Crush the garlic cloves and take all these seasonings to a frying pan with a little bit of oil, fry and add the meat previously discarded together with the 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, add salt.

In a plastic cup we put the corn flour with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Put the small piece of paprika, the small piece of onion and a little bit of water in the blender, blend very well and add this mixture to the flour, add 1 cup of water and knead well without leaving lumps. If the dough becomes too hard, add a little more water and if it is too soft, add flour.

Once our dough is ready, we start to assemble our buns. We will take a small amount of dough and I shape it into a ball, I expand it inside my hand like a little nest and we put a little of the seasoned meat, we close it joining the edges of the dough and we shape it into a ball, so we proceed with the rest of the dough until we finish with the meat.

We put enough water to boil in a pot and add a little salt, when it starts to boil we are going to introduce the dumplings one by one and let them cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Hola mis queridos amigos, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta rica receta de BOLLITOS PELONES.

Vamos a necesitar:

250 gramos de carne para desmechar.
1/2 cebolla.
1/2 pimentón.
3 dientes de ajo
1 ramita de cebollín.
150 gramos de harina de maíz.
2 cucharadas de salsa de soya.
Aceite cantidad necesaria.
1 trozo de pimentón y 1 trozo de cebolla y un poquito de agua para hacer el aliño para la harina.
Sal cantidad necesaria.

Preparación:

Metemos la carne en una olla de presión y dejamos cocinar 1 hora.
Dejamos enfriar y desmechamos.

Picamos finamente la cebolla, el pimentón y la ramita de cebollín. Trituramos los dientes de ajo y llevamos todos estos aliños a un sartén con un poquito de aceite sofreímos y le agregamos la carne previamente desmechada junto las 2 cucharadas de salsa de soya, agregamos sal.

En una taza plástica ponemos la harina de maíz con 1/2 cucharadita pequeña de sal. Ponemos el trocito de pimentón, el trocito de cebolla y un poquito de agua en la licuadora, licuamos muy bien y le agregamos esta mezcla a la harina, le agregamos 1 taza de agua y amasamos bien sin que nos queden grumos. Si la masa se pone muy dura le agregamos un poco más de agua y si por el contrario esta muy blandita le agregamos harina.

Lista nuestra masa empezamos a armar nuestros bollos. Tomaremos una pequeña cantidad de masa y le doy forma de bolita la expando dentro de mi mano como un nidito y le colocamos un poco de la carne aliñada, cerramos uniendo los bordes de la masa y le damos forma de bolita, así procedemos con el resto de masa hasta acabar con la carne.

Ponemos en una olla suficiente agua a hervir y le agregamos un poco de sal, cuando rompa hervor vamos a ir introduciendo los bollitos uno a uno y dejamos cocinar de 15 a 20 minutos.
