(..) Kalt wars

Oh das waren heut Temperaturen im Wald bei der Arbeit. In der Früh musste ich noch fleißig mein Auto vom Eis befreien, dann hielt die Kälte auch noch bis gut um 11 Uhr an.

Natürlich waren wir mit den Kindern trotzdem draußen und es gab einiges zu entdecken. Interessant waren die Eiskristalle die sich im Boden gebildet haben.

Gut war aber, das der Boden nicht so matschig, sondern gefroren war und wir aus diesem Grunde unsere Brotzeit draußen zu uns nehmen konnten.

Gelaufen sind wir heut auch ein wenig, aber nach der Arbeit hab ich ehrlich gesagt nichts weiter gemacht, also heute keinen Sport. Irgendwas hab ich mir am Rücken getan als ich gestern die Reifen für das Auto in die Garage geräumt hab.

Morgen werd ich sehen ob es schlimmer wird, dann werde ich wohl einen Arzt besuchen müssen.

Oh, those were temperatures in the woods at work today. In the morning I had to free my car from the ice, then the cold continued until 11 o'clock.

Of course we were still outside with the children and there was a lot to discover. Interesting were the ice crystals that formed in the ground.

But it was good that the ground was not so muddy but frozen and that we could have our snack outside for this reason.

Today we walked a little, but after work I honestly did nothing else, so no sport today. I did something on my back when I put the tires for the car in the garage yesterday.

Tomorrow I'll see if it gets worse, then I'll have to visit a doctor.
